- It's Tea Party, not tea bagger. As is the norm, just say or shout anything out there and call it "right" "tea bag" "Republican" or whatever. It doesn't change the fact you have no position of growth in your words, just hate. And no input of what we may try to help any situation, just call us names. And don't forget not to do ANY research on your own, just listen and blindly follow whatever your politician that says they will help you. HELP YOURSELF PEOPLE, AND LET'S JUST GET RID OF AS MUCH GOVERNMENT AS WE CAN. Do for yourself or become lazy and tell the government to do it for you...repulsive thought. But that's you. Do you know that government actually COSTS you money? They don't make anything, yet government is the number one payroll we have. Sorry to be so blunt, but you are wrong in your understanding of what the Tea Party movement is all about. You hear and follow....so sad. I find it quite sad that you actually believe this dribble....but that's what your libby side counts on....ignorance and lies to further their takeover. The funny thing is, you actually believe they are out to help YOU.....not happening bunky.

- This is just a foolish question. To compare what the people actually need to what government actually does is nonsensical. Not actually meeting the needs of the people is the adjenda. While billions of dollars go to foreign countrys to help those people. Yet, here at home the government is violating rights of citizens daily and planning to continue to do the same for as long as they can get by with it. Power corrupts us all in a ronny raygun trickle down way. Thanks for nothing. Thousands of committies accomplish no thing. Pushing paper from one desk to another just raises dust. Our boarders are insecure. The banks are cheats and theives. The fed is an unregulated bunch of lowlifes in Brooks Brothers suits. These are the boys and girls that actually think a sows ear makes a silk purse. We really do not give a hoot who gets the job done...just will some one pick up a shovel and dig the hole so all politicians can climb into it. Fear not, real working men and women of this country really do not need a gooberment to tell us what to do or how to do it. Back up the truck from off of our hands and crawl into the hole with all the snakes.

- No they don't. I was just reading an article where the federal government refused to issue a disaster declaration for 13 counties in Texas that were hit by tropical storm Hermine. The people commenting on this are whining about how President Obama refuses to help them. They don't know what to do since they didn't have homeowners insurance, Obama can help everyone else, the illegals.... on and on and on. The very same people who talk about paying to much taxes and President Obama spending to much money, they want the government out of their lives.... Now they are angry because the federal government said no and is staying out of their lives. Go figure! Now perhaps Governor Perry can use state of Texas funds to assist the citizens of his state, they always talk about states rights and all.

- What am I missing?? WE WANT SMALLER GOVT!! Fire at least 20% of these leeches...Fire every stinking "CZAR" out there and all the *()_^ staffs, computers and all the other crapola we have to pay for. After that, get rid of at least 20% of the "Departments" that are part of the government. Thats a starting point......the opportunities are ENDLESS!!!!

- It seems that 'We the People' want smaller government, but at the same time we keep saying that we want them to do more for us???? Mostly it seems that 'smaller governemt' means we want the tooth fairy to just create money for all of the programs out of thin air! If you want to find out who is really for 'smaller government' just try to do away with any of the current government welfare programs!!!
